· Limited to twelve (12 ) months in advance

 Site preference will be accommodated where possible, but not guaranteed.

· Every endeavor will be made to honor prices quoted when booking – however management reserves the right to change prices without notice.

· All bookings 14 days and over to be paid fortnightly in advance. Cancellation

· Made more than 14 days before time of arrival, will have deposit refunded less $20 administration fee.

· Made less than 14 days before time of arrival deposit is forfeited unless site can be re-let for term of original booking or alternatively your deposit may be transferred to a later date – at discretion of management and subject to availability. Duration of stay

· Unless the site can be re-let patrons are responsible for total tariff payable for the original booking dates.
